This is one of the trickiest Creature Kitchen recipes to find. You must interact with the Gutter Pipe outside multiple times. It is RNG-based, and many players report the paper drops easier during Rainy Weather.
How do I unlock the secret Recipe #43 (The Mistake)?
Unlike standard Creature Kitchen recipes found in the world, this one is unlocked by failure. Intentionally burn food on the stove or mix incompatible trash items in the bowl to add this unique entry to your cookbook.
